Beautiful hotel and amenities in a great location!
I encountered several issues during my stay. The digital check-in process was quite complicated and I faced difficulties receiving the necessary access codes. This resulted in a frustrating 30 to 40-minute delay just to check into my room, as I was unable to reach anyone for assistance beforehand. Despite the lovely room, the absence of on-site staff to help with check-in and other needs made my experience less enjoyable.

The standard suite blew me away. Everything was clean and cozy. The bed had plenty of pillow options, making it easy to find comfort. AC was a blessing during the heat wave. The location? Perfect! Right in the middle of Centro, making walking to local attractions a breeze. I felt safe as a solo traveler here. Communication before arrival was tricky, though. The digital check-in was confusing, and I wasted about 40 minutes trying to reach someone via WhatsApp. They finally resolved the issue, but it was a hassle. The public spaces lack charm – the concrete floor looked unfinished, making it less inviting. Still, my room was fantastic and made up for some of those drawbacks.

Lemme tell ya, this place was a gem. Got me a cozy, clean suite, and that bed, oh boy, made me sleep like a log. I loved chillin’ on the rooftop with the sunset and my street tacos. Perfect spot, right near all the sights but still real quiet. Just wish they had their restaurant open.

Great little place! The Standard Suite was super comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean linens. I loved the design and cleanliness of the room, and the location was amazing—for exploring San Miguel de Allende! A filtered water dispenser on the floor was a nice touch.
The lack of on-site staff can be inconvenient.
